We have more than 10 years directly managing integrated teams of more than 20 major industry service lines covering all facets of the upstream Deepwater operation.
A large portion of our experience revolves around Deepwater Drilling and Completions operations, direct management of field teams (DD/MWD/LWD, Downhole Fluids, Wireline, Mud Logging, Cementing, Completions) and post job data processing and analysis. We also have significant experience in setting up and managing remote operations teams. We have done this while working daily with our operators to ensure their improved performance is the ultimate goal.
We also have available numerous retired Deepwater industry experts to be “on call” for advice as needed. This team generally isn’t interested in working a “day job”, but are happy to stay engaged on a limited basis. This a valuable service to ensure we don’t lose what we have learned as we transition to the next generation of drilling and completions experts.

We have partnered with a local high-tech firm allowing us immediate access to 5 data analysists and 2 degreed engineers to input data and review trends.
